Arriving in 2024 the EV update to one of Porsches most popular models, the Macan, will feature some of the most dynamic driving experiences in its class.
Featuring charging technology showcased in its desirable performance focused Taycan, the 800volt electrical architecture will deliver improved charge times (80% in under 25 minutes) and 738 pound-feet of torque.
Porsche argues the Macan EV will offer one of the most dynamic driving experiences in-class. Updates to its rear axle and motor arrangement, shifting weight distribution closer to the rear of the car with a 48/52 split, providing improved ‘agility when accelerating out of corners’
With Porsche hoping to have more than 80% of its sales comprising of EVs by 2030, the Macan EV will be the first vehicle released on its Premium Platform Electronic (PPE), co-developed with Audi, it will form the basis of its high-volume EVs.
